Review, New EP underway and Dave Mirabella Solo Tour

As I type this it is 65 degrees. Why am i inside? I'll fix that momentarily but first - some news to share with you.

Thanks to Max Bowen from Citywide Blackout for his great review of The Rationales' Dream of Fire in the latest issue of The Noise Boston.
"The album is a lush, vibrant, and multifaceted collection of music that explodes with an energy that excites the ears and stirs the soul."
Check it out here. http://thenoise-boston.com/2014/04/cd-reviews-20/

As you may or may not know - Ralph's Rock Diner in Worcester has been VERY good to us over the years- well we are honored to be playing there both on april 19 for Mike Z's Birthday show AND on May 10 for the Aloud CD Release/RALPH's 30th Anniversary Show! Come check them out- they're both bound to be night's chock full of talent!

We have a Boston show or two coming up in May but the plan for April is to check out the rest of what this great city has to offer at the WZLX Rock n Roll Rumble (in which we were semi-finalists in 2012) AND to start preproduction on our next EP in earnest. Its coming along quite nicely.

Finally Dave will be undertaking a short solo "tour" at the end of the month. try to check him out to hear some new Rationales songs previewed as well as some rare Dave songs.

April 25: Rustic Table, Winthrop, MA
April 29: The Delancey, New York, NY
May 2: Radio Bean, Burlington, VT
May 8: Gulu Gulu Cafe, Salem, MA

Some or all (or none) of these shows might have other rationales, past, present or future, joining dave onstage. Either way we hope to see you soon!
